Organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 firms have turned to Chuck

for motivational, inspirational, and educational guidance and training on matters involving strategy, marketing and sales, persuasive communication, conflict resolution, technical issues, and transformational leadership. The content of his presentations resonates well with a wide array of audiences because he's served in roles spanning from Project Manager, Salesperson, and Seller/Doer to COO, CFO, and CEO for multidisciplinary national firms, and as a consultant to Federal, state, and Local agencies, as well as public and private companies repre-senting 35 industries. 

Throughout his career, Chuck was tasked with the most difficult assignments. This included 11 start-ups, 14 turnarounds, 14 reorganizations, and launching and leading countless strategic market segment, service, product, and geographic initiatives. 

Chuck earned international recognition for his landmark research on communication and his development of a superior, cutting-edge persuasive communication methodology called CRACOM     .  This innovative approach has been demon-strated to consistently and reliably im-prove attention, receptivity, comprehen-sion, alignment, unaided recall, motiva-tion, and response when applied to written and verbal communications. 

As a result, it is highly valued for its ability to increase marketing and sales effective-ness, and for its use as a powerful change leadership tool.  

From his base of operations in Florida, Chuck works as the CEO of Performance Management Group, Inc., travelling globally to help public and private firms increase their revenue and profitability, and government organizations to achieve more within the constraints of their available resources.
